Terms of Service

intoSET is operated under ABN 74 517 418 086. In these Terms, "intoSET", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that entity.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using intoSET, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

intoSET provides portfolio tracking, CV scoring, research project matching, and hospital post reviews for Australian doctors. The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any training outcome. Scores are indicative only.

intoSET is not affiliated with any Australian specialty college, hospital, or training authority.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

Submit false or misleading portfolio evidence
Name individuals in hospital post reviews
Submit reviews for hospitals where you have not worked
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent any subscription gating

Post reviews that name individuals, contain specific incident allegations, or violate our moderation guidelines will be rejected. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your portfolio data. You grant intoSET a limited licence to store and display your data to provide the service. intoSET owns the rubric database, scoring engine, and platform code. You may not scrape or reproduce the rubric database without written permission.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. No refunds are issued for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access to paid features continues until then. You can cancel at any time via Account Settings, which redirects to the Stripe Customer Portal.

Current prices: Builder $9.99/month AUD; Applicant $19.99/month AUD. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, intoSET's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose. intoSET is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including any training outcome.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
