Book a session
Select the session type and pay securely via Stripe. You'll receive the mentor's contact details immediately after payment.
Meet and grow
Your session happens at a time that suits both of you — video call, phone, or in person. Get personalised guidance from someone who's been there.
Leave a review
After your session, share your experience to help other applicants choose the right mentor.

Tell us about your training journey, your specialty, and what you can offer. We verify your credentials via AHPRA before approving your profile.
Set your services and prices
Choose which sessions you offer and set your own rates. You keep 95% — the platform retains a 5% fee to cover payment processing and platform costs.
Get booked
Junior doctors find and book you through intoSET. You'll receive session details and the mentee's notes by email.
Get paid
Mentees pay through Stripe when they book. Track every paid session and what you have earned from your mentor dashboard; payment of your earnings is arranged directly with you.
Frequently asked questions
Who can become a mentor?
Any doctor who has successfully gained entry into an accredited specialty training program in Australia. We verify your AHPRA registration and training status before approving your profile.
How does payment work?
Mentees pay securely via Stripe when they book. intoSET retains a 5% platform fee; you receive 95%. Your earnings are itemised in your mentor dashboard, and payment is arranged directly with you — email hello@intoset.com. There is no automated payout yet.
Do I need to offer a specific session format?
No — you decide what you offer and at what price. Most sessions are video calls (Zoom, Teams, etc.) but can be arranged however suits both parties.
Are reviews mandatory?
Mentees are encouraged but not required to leave reviews. Reviews are moderated before publication.
What is the cancellation policy?
Sessions are non-refundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, contact the mentor directly — most mentors are happy to find an alternative time.
